  • Developing solutions based on the specific objectives and requirements of our clients (investment budget, type of property, type of rehabilitation desired, energy performance sought, administrative permits, profitability and time horizon);
  • Modeling and preparation of business plans, proposals for development scenarios (extension, reconstruction, repositioning in the market, technical evolution, achievement of the desired sustainable development labels, etc.)
  • Designing, Coordination and Implementation of real estate projects: market study, preparation of the investment strategies, implementation of the Project timeline, assessment of the refurbishment works, interior design and furniture costs, development of scenarios for the repositioning and revaluation of residential and commercial real estate, financial simulations, arbitrage and exit strategies according to the investment objectives defined by our clients; Assist on various facets of deal execution: from due diligence and negotiation, to documentation and workstream co-ordination
  • Development and implementation of individual (asset) or global (portfolio) ESG strategies in compliance with the existing regulations, labels and objectives set by our clients (Art 8 or 9, Tertiary Decree, ENR law, ISR, GRESB, etc.)
  • Partnering with our clients via minority co-ownership of residential and commercial real estate projects (e.g. office, shops, car parks) with a view to their repositioning, rehabilitation and upgrading.
