Our company, About Magenta Immobilier | Real Estate Investment & Advisory, has been created in context of the environmental and energy transition challenges that the real estate sector has been facing over the past decade. We are a committed, transparent, and sustainable company with a long-term perspective: for us, non-financial performance is as equally important as financial performance.

CEO & Founder
A senior executive with 22 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, Cosmin Milas has developed extensive expertise in real estate finance, financial structuring, risk management, and sustainable finance within a major French investment bank.
Les professionnels ayant des besoins spécifiques en amont, à savoir la préparation d’une stratégie d’investissement, l’élaboration de scenarii de repositionnement et de revalorisation, simulations financières, stratégies d’arbitrage et de sortie pour des actifs résidentiels ou tertiaires.
Since 2007, he has been involved in financing real estate assets internationally, covering commercial and residential real estate, logistics, data centres, healthcare, and hospitality. His experience during the 2008–2009 financial crisis helped shape a rigorous approach to risk analysis and understanding real estate market cycles.
From 2015 onwards, he also developed expertise in sustainable finance and "Green" real estate projects, before founding Magenta Immobilier Investissements (M2I) in 2023, with the ambition of combining real estate investment, value creation, and the transition towards a more sustainable built environment.
